Advantages:

Отличная квартира для Северска. Очень теплая, зимой спал с приоткрытыми окнами. имеется посудомоечная машина. Рядом магазины, остановка транспорта

Disadvantages:

Не очень удобная кровать (жёсткая), но можно спать на диване
